What is differAId?

differAId is an AI assistant built for EFL teachers in Cyprus state secondary schools. It is deployed as an agent within the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture (MoEC) Microsoft 365 environment and is accessible through Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Data collected

differAId does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information. Teachers interact with the agent through their existing MoEC Microsoft 365 accounts. No names, email addresses, school details or conversation content are stored by differAId or its developer.

Microsoft 365 platform

differAId operates within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. All data handling, authentication and security is governed by Microsoft's own privacy policies and the MoEC's Microsoft 365 tenancy agreement. Knowledge base content

differAId uses knowledge files containing Cyprus Ministry of Education curriculum data and coursebook unit information. These files contain no personal data. They are stored securely within the MoEC Microsoft Dataverse environment.
